By participating in this study, you will get two complex reports, one for each component of the study:

For the INTERNAL component, the report will present a comprehensive picture of the degree of satisfaction of the company's staff, as well as recommendations for improving the organizational climate. You will know how your colleagues perceive the employer brand of your company and what you can do to increase their loyalty and engagement.

Likewise, the report for this internal component will provide answers to the following questions:

• What is the degree of satisfaction of the company's staff?
• How can we increase the motivation and commitment of company staff to increased performance?
• How can we reduce the staff recruitment and staff management cost by reducing fluctuation and increasing individual productivity?

The second report, which will follow the participation in the EXTERNAL component of the study, will present details on the extent the company's employer brand is known and appreciated by external target groups. It will give you answers to the following questions:

• How is the employer brand perceived by those from outside of my company?
• How desirable is a job in my company?
• How can the employer brand be strengthened and, consequently, attract more talented professionals?

You could use the recommendations to strengthen the employer brand of your company. And, based on the final results, if your company enters the top, it will be recognized as a "top employer" and promoted as such.
