The INTERNAL component involves questioning the managers and professionals of your company. We will identify their level of satisfaction regarding the activity in the company, depending on the main aspects of organizational functioning:
Working conditions;
Development opportunities;
Salary and benefits;
Collaboration in the company;
Relationships with superior and colleagues;
Etc.
Comparing the results of the companies participating in the study, we will identify the best employers nationwide.
The EXTERNAL component of the study will target the following groups:
Potential employees: specialists and managers from other companies in the field;
Students from relevant universities and specialties;
Representatives of recruitment agencies;
Former employees of your company (optional).
